Really disappointing service. My flight was cancelled because of a weather alert, something completely outside my control. I contacted the property right away to explain, but they wouldn't offer a voucher, refund, or even partial compensation. Given the circumstances, I expected more understanding and flexibility.

A very unpleasant person to deal with.

Everything was simply perfect. The kitchen had everything we needed, there was a washer and dryer, and the bed was comfortable. It was clean, had a little terrace and a separate entrance, plus air conditioning with a heat pump. The centre was a ten-minute walk away, and parking in the area was free.
