We’ve stayed twice in three years and have been pleased both times. The rooms are spacious, very clean, and quiet, with excellent housekeeping. We hardly heard anything from the other units. My wife and I enjoy walking, and eateries, coffee shops, and downtown were an easy short walk away. The hosts live on site and are great if anything comes up. Parking can be a bit tight when the place is full, though we had no trouble. Even though the motor lodge is on a busy boulevard, evenings were quiet enough that we often slept with the windows open.

We’ve already told family members about Tuscana. This was the second time my partner and I stayed, and we enjoyed it just as much as the first. Our host was friendly and helpful again, and the service was faultless.

Whenever I’m in Chch, I stay here. Bealey Ave is a handy spot, with Hagley Park and plenty of places to eat within about a 500m walk. The rooms are spotless, parking is free right outside, and the hosts are friendly, especially if you book direct.

We agreed to swap rooms and were welcomed with an upgrade to a lovely one-bedroom apartment. The bed was super comfy, and so was the lounge area. I’d definitely recommend it. Would’ve loved a dip in the pool, but sadly I forgot my cozzie.

We stayed for a week, and the spacious room and kitchenette worked perfectly for breakfast and light meals. Everything was very clean, the decor was lovely, and staff were friendly. The bathroom heater was especially welcome on chilly ChCh mornings.
