Fern Lodge's studio feels bright and cosy, with a leafy green view and everything we needed. It's peaceful there, yet still close to town.

We stayed in one of the lovely villas tucked into the hillside, surrounded by nature but only a minute from town. The view was stunning, and we're already thinking about another Coromandel holiday soon. My husband, my lovely boy Bear, our dog, and I had a wonderful time. The three dogs, Charlie, Jesse and Skipper, were adorable and friendly, and Bear loved hanging out with them.

We had such a good Easter break at Fern Lodge, and we'd book it again next time we're in Coromandel. The rooms were tidy, the amenities were complete, and the upstairs views were fantastic. It's a quick drive into town. Gen was lovely, and I enjoyed seeing Jessie and Skipper each day. Our little dog Ollie got to play with them too.

The studio is roomy and has a bit of an old-fashioned feel, which adds to its charm. It's quiet and not far from the town centre. The owner was lovely, and his animals were so cute. A must-go!

It feels like coming home whenever we return to Fern Lodge. Gen's place is always so clean and tidy, and the house is comfortable, relaxing, and well equipped. All around it, the bush is beautiful and full of birdsong. We've stayed many times and love it every time.
