My husband and I stayed three nights in cabin 1. The setting was stunning, serene and tranquil. Dianne was so accommodating and friendly when we arrived two hours early. The place is basic but really homely. Sitting among the fruit trees with sheep bleating, ducks quacking and birds singing was refreshing for the soul. There was very hot water, a full kitchen, and clean, free showers and toilets. 11/10 for Tui Lodge.

Diane, the owner, was so accommodating and even helped me find my wallet. The room and kitchen were clean and stocked well, and I had a great stay. The hospitality was hard to beat.

The fruit trees and the location were a big part of what we liked, and everything was really clean. Reception was friendly too. My wife and I stayed here before heading to Driving Creek Railway for zip lining, which made for a great start to our North Island trip.

We arrived late and got a really warm, personal welcome. Our separate lodge had a wonderfully comfortable double bed, and the shared shower and toilets were very clean with good facilities. It’s great value, in beautiful, relaxing surroundings about a two-minute drive from Coromandel Town. Ideally placed, and I’d highly recommend a visit.
