We were a group of Australians visiting for a convention, and 97 motel matched rooms to everyone’s individual needs perfectly. The staff were so friendly and helpful. If you’re after comfort, convenience to town and a really nice experience, 97 Motel is ideal. We’ll book again.

A hidden gem. After my recent surgery, the man at the desk was so friendly and helpful. Comfortable stay and friendly staff. I’ll definitely stay again.

The rooms are spacious, and the place is lovely and close to everything. It has an older style, but it's very clean.

We stayed here at the start of March, and the central spot made it easy to walk to places, with good eateries nearby. Our room was unusually large and had everything we needed, and the bed was really comfortable. The motel was spotless, and the staff were friendly and very helpful. The decor may feel a little dated, but everything else more than made up for it. If I'm back in Dunedin, I'll go straight to Motel Moray instead of looking elsewhere.

Quiet, clean, roomy, and right in the city centre. A really nice motel.
