The guesthouse's cleanliness is impressive. The furniture is old and the main bed is very soft, but after our family experienced other unclean Airbnb stays, cleanliness matters most to us.

The towels were folded into different animal shapes, which was a lovely touch. John welcomed us even though we got in later than expected, then showed us around the house. It comfortably fit all 13 of us, and we had a wonderful stay.

I really liked having an espresso machine in the kitchen. The house was clean and well looked after, with a roomy kitchen and living room. It comfortably sleeps four or five people.

There was enough room for all 15 of us, and it's a good house. The lounge seating was limited, though. The listing said there was plenty of off-street parking, but there wasn't any at all. There was plenty of street parking, so I could still bring my motorbike.

The host was friendly and made us feel welcome. It's a cosy, comfortable place with lots of space. Whenever I'm staying in Dunedin, this will be my first choice.
