The garden is gorgeous, and being right beside the Dunedin Botanic Gardens made it easy to get to parks and some great cafes on foot. The rooms felt quaint and homey, and the hospitality was lovely. It was summer, so we did miss having A/C, though the fan kept us comfortable through the night. The city centre is a bit of a way off, but getting there by car was fairly easy, and parking was great. We'd stay again in a heartbeat.

We had a great stay here. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and breakfast was included in the price, with a really good buffet selection. Our room had plenty of space, two double beds, and a modern, very clean bathroom.

The gardens were beautifully looked after and gave the place such a peaceful feel whenever I stepped outside. My room was huge, the bed was super comfortable, and everything worked properly. It was nice and quiet, so relaxing was easy. After a stressful day of cancelled flights, the team's polite, friendly welcome turned things around for me. Breakfast came with my room and was a real treat, hearty, tasty, and great value. I'd happily stay again and recommend it to anyone visiting Dunedin.

I stay here regularly, and the service keeps me coming back. My room was spotless, and the staff are always well mannered and ready to help. The fresh breakfast buffet has a fabulous range of choices. Having laundry on site is excellent for me, especially after swimming. You can do your own washing or use the laundry service. It's a great place for a holiday or any kind of stay, with fair, reasonable prices for the accommodation. I recommend it highly.

The room itself was good, and the location suited us. We didn't talk much with the staff, but when we did, they were friendly. There was a fan in the room, though it wasn't enough for us without air conditioning. Oddly, the passages had A/C, but it wasn't switched on.
