Quest Invercargill Serviced Apartments

I've stayed here several times and keep coming back. The staff are some of the best, always warm, friendly and really helpful. This time I fell ill and was grateful to have a safe place to rest. I slept from about 4:30 pm until 9 am the next day without being disturbed. The rooms are comfortable and spotless, with excellent Wi-Fi and a big bathroom. I like the location too, with movies across the road, chargeback restaurants nearby and the mall close by. See you next time.

We hadn't planned to visit Invercargill, but we were sincerely grateful for our time there. While we were on a bike tour in NZ, my husband broke his femur on a trail near Queenstown and was transferred to an Invercargill hospital for surgery. I spent five nights at Quest Invercargill. The apartment was spacious, bright, clean, quiet and safe, with high ceilings. I especially appreciated how efficiently and effectively the kitchen and bathroom were set up, including the washer and dryer. But what stood out most was the people. I've travelled extensively around the world and have never experienced such warmth, empathy, concern and kindness from staff.

I was unexpectedly in Invercargill hospital after becoming extremely ill, and needed somewhere to stay at short notice after discharge. When I called Quest, they were so helpful and even had my room ready several hours before the usual check in time, so I could come straight from hospital. Those little things make you feel valued and cared for. My room is lovely and spacious, with very high ceilings that give it a luxurious feel. The full kitchen and laundry facilities are handy, and I can soak in the bath. The king size bed is really comfortable, and I've slept wonderfully, which has helped with my recovery. It's right in the town centre, with lots of dining options nearby. I haven't really been able to eat, but I've appreciated the well stocked tea and coffee. I'd happily recommend Quest to anyone visiting Invercargill.

I've returned to Quest Invercargill many times over the years, and the experience is still excellent. The staff are consistently friendly, accommodating and professional. The rooms are clean and spacious every time, and well equipped. It's centrally located, with shops, groceries and plenty of restaurants an easy walk away. I'd highly recommend it to anyone visiting Invercargill.
