388 on Tay Motel

We had a very comfortable unit and bed, and everything was extremely clean and tidy. Kay and Robin were welcoming and very helpful throughout our two-night stay. We’d happily recommend 388 Tay Motel.

We really enjoyed our stay and will be here for 5 days and 4 nights. The room was spacious, with a lovely, good-quality spa tub in the bathroom. The owner and staff were friendly, and the place was clean and tidy. It’s not far from town, with free internet and parking. Coffee and tea are provided, including one plunger coffee; extra ones cost $2. There’s a supermarket nearby if you want more or a stronger coffee. The Sky movies were very old, and there was no HBO or Netflix, though all the sports channels are there if you’re into sport.

The hosts were so friendly and helped us with all our problems and requests. Thanks a lot! It’s a very nice motel close to the centre of Invercargill. Clara and Andy :)

The owners and staff couldn’t do enough for us. We couldn’t fault the place and would recommend it to anyone. It’s probably the nicest, cleanest, friendliest motel we’ve stayed in. We’ll be back 😊
