I woke to an amazing sea view after sleeping soundly to the waves. The room was comfortable, and the balcony overlooked the sea. Recommended.

The sound was a real problem for me. The surf gets very loud at night, and late-night cars searching for parking right outside add to it. The windows barely keep any noise out, so anyone sensitive to sound should avoid this building. The location and direct sea views are breathtaking, though, and the panoramic outlook is priceless. The renovated rooms are modern and attractive. There are also two nearby restaurants, both with excellent food and well worth visiting.

The price felt right for such a lovely escape, and I’ll definitely be back. We were right on the beachfront, with easy key collection and great parking. The room had a lovely modern beach look, a huge bed, Sky TV, a clean bathroom and a balcony with fabulous views. Nice restaurants are just a minute away. Highly recommend.

Being right by beautiful St Clair Beach and close to everything made this a wonderful family stay. We had a two-bedroom apartment with great beds, excellent linen and a lovely clean view of sea lions riding the waves. There was even a small pool table in the lounge. It’s been the best part of our NZ trip so far!
