Check-in and checkout were quick and easy, and having free parking was a big plus. The staff were so welcoming and friendly, the room and bathroom were well maintained, and it made for a comfortable, easy stay. I’d recommend the motel and stay again.

Handy to town, a great price, and we could bring our dog too. The rooms were very clean and serviced daily. Would highly recommend.

We didn’t stay long. The room was clean and tidy, but the hot and cold taps were reversed, which felt a bit dangerous. Noise from other guests in the early hours wasn’t nice.

It’s in a handy spot close to local amenities, and the rooms were warm, comfortable, and suitable for wheelchair users. The hosts were friendly from the moment we arrived. Thanks for having us!

We wished we could have stayed longer. The kitchenette had everything we needed, and the air fryer was great. There’s laundry available, off-street parking with some spots better than others, nearby dairies, and an easy flat walk to the main part of town or a quick drive. The location was excellent. The room was neat and had everything we needed. It was the cleanest basic motel we’ve stayed in on our visits to Dunedin. The heater was wonderful and easy to adjust, though the WiFi came and went in our room. The staff were kind and helpful when we couldn’t arrive during reception hours, and were super okay with sorting it out. This small motel was perfect for us. Thanks for the lovely stay.
