This is a wonderful home to stay in, and it’s our third time here. The kitchen is well equipped, the beds are comfortable, and it’s close to the CBD for restaurants and other things. This is the nicest home I’ve stayed in while in NZ. It’s beautiful, clean and centrally located, with lovely views, great furnishings and fun art pieces. It’s such a delightful place that guests should respect it and take care of the property.

The owners gave us some great ideas for things to do, and the location made it easy to get around Dunedin. We had amazing views and fantastic hospitality. The house had all those homely touches that made staying in someone else’s place feel easy. If you get a chance, visit Spelt Bakery for the best pies ever. Thanks for making our stay memorable.

We spent a long weekend at City Views on Rattray with three couples and two children, and it worked really well for all of us. The central location and views were lovely, parking was good, and the furnishings made it feel like home. There were thoughtful extras too, like coffee, breakfast items and lollies. The hosts were really responsive, and we felt it was good value. We’ll look to stay again next time we visit.
