Coleraine Suites & Apartments

We had a great stay at the Coleraine. The rooms are roomy and the spa bath was great. They were easy to deal with and worked with us on choosing a room and arranging disability parking. Thanks, Rik and Jodie from Nelson, we're looking forward to staying again.

The manager was lovely, friendly and helpful. Replacing a light and bringing extra coffee grounds was no trouble, and he said they’re updating the units gradually. Our spacious two bedroom unit worked perfectly for us, and the shower had plenty of pressure. The beds and pillows were comfortable too. It was centrally located, comfortable, well equipped and spotlessly clean, though the kitchen cabinets and bench were worn and damaged, and the walls were marked. Thanks for a lovely stay.

We found the location handy and the people there very nice and friendly. We even walked to the brewery for dinner. Coleraine Suites exceeded our expectations as we travelled from Auckland to Queenstown. The decor was modern and sharp, and the bathroom felt luxurious. We didn't use the kitchen, but it looked well laid out and equipped.

The owners and staff were warm and welcoming, and it was quiet, with comfortable beds. They’d even added mattress toppers. Our room was large and very clean, including the spa tub, which we actually used even though we normally avoid tubs for cleanliness reasons. There was also a shower. The kitchenette had what we needed for a quick dinner and a nice breakfast. Plenty of parking, and I believe street parking is an option if the lot fills up. We’d stay again if we’re in the area.
