Grosvenor Motor Inn

The room was really clean and tidy, and the bed was comfortable. There wasn't much noise. I loved the bathroom and the little fridge-freezer. It was a great stay. Hats off to the cleaners.

My wife and I had a great stay. Everything in the clean, tidy room worked, and the shower had really good pressure, which we haven't always found elsewhere. The staff were friendly and the service was great. We arrived very late, but the manager came out to help me with the lock box. That was above and beyond. 10/10.

I needed somewhere to stay in Hamilton at short notice and chose this place for its location and the bus route to Waikato hosp. The studio was spacious and had everything I needed. It was spotless, had a welcoming feel, and the person at reception was very friendly. I'll come back if I need to stay in the area again.

The staff at Grosvenor Motor Inn were polite, friendly, and helpful, and they made our stay a real pleasure. We plan to return when we're next passing through or staying in Hamilton, and we'd happily recommend it. We've stayed at many motels across the North and South Island. I'm very critical about cleanliness, and the room, bed linen, bathroom, fridge, cutlery, and crockery were spotless. No hairs, dust, rubbish, fingerprints, or dirty dishes anywhere. The shower pressure was amazing and there was plenty of hot water, though take care not to turn it up too much or it can scald. We had an amazing stay. Thanks to the management and staff.
