Jet Park Hotel Hamilton Airport

The staff were the real highlight for us. When one of our kids needed urgent medical help, every staff member pitched in without hesitation, keeping the other children occupied with colouring books and pens and reassuring us. We can’t thank them enough. They were truly amazing. ❤️ The rooms were clean and beautiful, and the place had a family-friendly feel. There was lots for the kids to do around the pool. We didn’t make it to the restaurant for dinner, but breakfast buffet was delicious.

We had dinner at Propeller restaurant and were pleasantly surprised. The menu wasn’t especially sophisticated, but the food was well cooked and presented, and the staff were very helpful. We missed breakfast because we had an early flight, which was a shame. The terminal is only a five minute walk away, so the hotel worked really well for our one night before flying. The staff were friendly, the room was spacious and comfortable, and it was remarkably quiet. They’d even thought of handy extras like a toothbrush and razor. It exceeded our expectations.

We barely needed to leave during our weekend stay, since there was a restaurant and bar on site and everything we needed was there. The pool area was often all ours, and there’s also a gym and a nice sauna. The rooms were spotless and felt luxe, and the staff were really lovely and friendly. They had tennis rackets and balls, basketballs, and kids’ activity packs ready for us, which kept the kids busy. The buffet breakfast and all the amenities and service were incredible. We’ll definitely stay again when we’re back in Hamilton. Thanks, Jet Park, for the hospitality!

It was peaceful and quiet here, in a calm spot near the airport. Parking right in front of the room was very handy. The spacious bedroom was clean and well kept, and having the bathroom attached was especially convenient for older guests. There’s also a swimming pool, spa, and gym. A comfortable, convenient place to stay.
