The view was incredible, and our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with everything we needed. Mike welcomed us warmly, was very friendly and informative, and shared useful local tips. Breakfast was delicious and thoughtfully prepared. We'd happily recommend Baywaterviews Bed & Breakfast to anyone visiting the area.

Mike was so thoughtful throughout our stay. When we had to leave early several times, he prepared breakfast the day before, and on a rainy day he even picked us up from Paihia so we didn't have to walk an hour in heavy rain. We really appreciated it. His welcome, personal care, and helpful recommendations made everything feel genuine. The accommodation was very comfortable, the garden view was breathtaking, and the whirlpool was a great highlight. We'd love to come back.

We were lucky to find a booking at Mike's lovely BnB. The units are private, comfortably furnished, and have a separate bedroom and beautiful views. Mike was generous and friendly. When I felt unwell one morning, he brought a breakfast tray to our room. Don't miss breakfast, it's yum! Thanks, Mike, you're the best!!!!!

The view is lovely, and everything was modern and very clean. The beds were comfortable too. Mike was a great host and gave us lots of suggestions for things to do.

We had to book at the last minute because of heavy rain, and it turned into a lovely surprise. The views were stunning in the rain and at sunrise. Everything was clean and well cared for, especially the bathroom. Breakfast was simple but tasty, and we enjoyed eating in a relaxed atmosphere. Our whole family was very happy with the stay!
