The room was excellent, and the service was great. There’s a very good kitchen and lounge right in the middle of town. Highly recommend!

The kitchen was really clean and worked well. The room was fine for a night, but I thought it was expensive for what it was, and the bedrooms could use some renovation.

The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean, but be prepared for very basic facilities. There’s no toilet or water in the room, and the toilet is in the next building. There’s just one light, away from the bed, and only one outlet for the whole room, so there’s no lamp by the bed.

The facilities themselves were quite nice, with a good kitchen, clean bathrooms, and a comfortable bed, though the mattresses varied and some I tried weren't comfortable. There were also lots of bugs, since the doors and windows were left open day and night. The owner wasn't around, and volunteers ran the hostel. One was friendly, but both smoked cigarettes right by the kitchen, so smoke was noticeable while relaxing or cooking. The biggest problem for me was the electricity: my international charger, which had never caused me trouble before, charged extremely slowly, smelled like smoke, and burned my hand when I touched it. I'm concerned something is wrong with the outlets' wattage or amps. I'd be wary of risking your devices, as I now have to replace my charger. Given the high price, it wasn't worth it to me, especially with that replacement cost.
