I stayed for two nights and had everything I needed. The room was warm, modern and well equipped, and the shared bathroom was spotless. The staff were warm and helpful, and communication was great. They also accommodated my late check-in. Excellent accommodation right in the centre of Howick. I couldn’t ask for more, and this will be my go-to place the next time I stay in Auckland. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The staff were really friendly, and the accommodation was clean and tidy. But my front room had no soundproofing from the noise outside. There’s a bus stop right under the window, and the first bus came at 5:40 am and woke me up. I got no sleep that night. The walls aren’t soundproof either, so bring earplugs if you’re staying in a front room.

niu soul were a fantastic band and the music was great, but it was just way too loud. We couldn’t even talk to each other. I went last Friday evening with a group of friends, and we left after 20 minutes. It spoiled our night.
