Jan warmly welcomed us, and the rooms were spotless, with very comfortable beds and welcome chocolates. The hire car onsite was a big bonus, and Mama San was a great dinner suggestion. After walking the Humpridge track, the motel worked really well for our two nights in Invercargill: easy shuttle drop-off and close enough to walk into town. Having a free washer and dryer was great too. Thanks, Jan.

We were in town for The Burt Munro Challenge in February 2026 and found the rooms lovely and clean. It’s right by Queens Park and close to the Burt Munro statue.

They took good care of me during my four days here. The apartments are presented really well, and I’d definitely return. They also gave me a sharp deal on one of their rental cars.

The owner was so helpful, and we got a genuinely warm welcome: the heating was already on when we arrived. The studio was spotless and thoughtfully decorated, with a comfortable bed, a decent-sized telly and laundry facilities. It had everything we needed, including a lovely little kitchen with a grill oven we used for dinner. Milk, tea and coffee were nice touches too. Totally recommend it :)
