Jen was a great host, and we’d happily come back. The place is a peaceful, beautiful spot just outside Kaikoura, with a lovely room and an outdoor deck. We enjoyed the comfortable lounge and a wonderful breakfast with freshly made bread. It was a pleasant change from staying in a motel.

The kitchen had everything we needed, and breakfast was a great spread. With just five other rooms, it was also a nice chance to chat with the neighbours. Our hosts were cosy and approachable, the room was comfy, and I loved the amenities. It really is out in nature, so there were lots of insects XD. The hot tubs were awesome. Even with the bad weather, I caught a glimpse of the stars from the stargazing tub, which kept me warm while I was outside at night.

Breakfast was a beautiful continental spread with plenty to choose from, including gluten-free options. The place is modern, clean, quiet, and handy to town, with Donegals restaurant and bar just across the road. The views and grounds are excellent, and from the spa we had a clear view of the Milky Way.

A lovely little spot with fantastic views and welcoming hospitality. The rooms feel luxurious, the showers have great pressure, and there are two nice spas. Definitely recommend staying here. Thanks, Jen & Paul.

We were so happy we stayed here and will definitely come back. The rooms were warm and extremely clean, with a kitchen stocked with what you need. Breakfast was beautifully laid out each morning, with fresh warm bread. There are toys and a playground for kids, and the views from inside and outside are stunning. We also loved the hot tubs, the friendly, helpful hosts, and the two cute dogs who greet you and want pats. My 15-month-old loved it. They can provide a cot with all the bedding too. 10000/10000, highly recommend!
