The breakfast alone would make this place worth visiting, and the hosts were so friendly and accommodating. Sandy and Peter gave us a superb stay in a beautiful setting, with lovely views, thoughtful decor, and everything exceptionally clean. Highly recommend staying before the borders open and the tourists come back! Bruce and Christine Auckland

Sandy and Peter were such caring, lovely hosts, and the breakfast they made fresh was delicious. We had an amazing stay at Kaimai Lodge. The house is beautiful, the view is stunning, and our room was spacious, clean and sweetly decorated with fresh fruit and flowers. We'd absolutely recommend it.

We felt very welcome thanks to Sandy and Peter, who were great hosts. Our room was private and comfortable, and there was a separate guest lounge with a lovely warm fireplace, just right for winter. We need to come back and stay for longer.

We arrived very late in the evening, but the hosts still made us feel so welcome. It's a lovely place with great views, and the breakfast was delicious. I'd recommend it, and if I return to NZ, I'll definitely book here again.
