We used this as our base for exploring Northland and stayed six nights in the two-bedroom unit, which had plenty of room. It’s centrally located and within walking distance of everything in town. The owners were lovely, and the rooms, towels, and bedding were clean; the beds were comfy and the unit had all the usual motel things. There’s a lovely pool for cooling off after a busy day. I’d definitely recommend staying here.

The owners were lovely and very helpful, and even arranged secure parking for my classic car. This motel was well equipped and very comfortable. There’s a nice pool, and towels were provided for it too. I’d highly recommend it.

The pool was a great addition, and my four-year-old said it was the best pool ever, lol. We were also upgraded to a double room at no extra cost by the lovely host. The room was clean and spacious, with all the basic things we needed. It’s a perfect location for an overnight stay, and I’ll definitely consider staying again.

We booked at the last minute, and the owners were kind and really helpful. The rooms were very clean, and there are lots of places to eat nearby.
