The beds were comfortable, and I loved the shower, with water pouring down like a waterfall. We stayed two nights in a spacious, tidy two-bedroom apartment. The kitchen was well fitted, but the microwave and oven weren't clean, and the toaster was rusty, so some appliances could use an upgrade. One bathroom had a tub, though we only used the shower. Having a garage right beside the unit was very convenient for parking, especially in the rain.

The apartment had a great view of Lake Tekapo, and the kitchen had everything we needed. It's nicely decorated and good value. The garage and laundry were welcome extras, and the public car park is only a two-minute drive away.

The lady owner was really nice, and the location is convenient. The apartment is very spacious, but dated, and I wasn't happy with its overall cleanliness or comfort. I'm not sure how it got a 4.8-star rating. I wouldn't pick it again.

The owner was great, and we felt at home here, only much more relaxed. The mountain and lake views are stunning, and the apartment was very warm. It was clean and welcoming, with lots of toys for the kids. You can tell care went into the details.

The lake and mountain views were stunning, and I got a warm welcome along with plenty of local advice. Everything we needed was in the apartment, which was immaculately clean and finished with quality fittings. The bedroom was a lovely surprise, especially the wall surrounds and light fittings. I thoroughly enjoyed the stay and can't wait to come back.
