The garden was a real highlight, with plenty of seats and quiet corners to spend some time. Inside, the cottage felt spacious, clean, well cared for, and full of charm. The kitchen had all the things we needed, from bowls to platters. I was one of four guests staying recently, and the only downside for me was that the single bedroom felt rather cold. I'd choose to stay in summer next time. Thank you to the owners. I'll be back!

We spent a wet, windy weekend here and were glad to have the fire to keep things warm and cosy. The bed was really comfortable, too. The house has loads of character and the decor is so lovely that we took a few kitchen photos for ideas for our own renovations. It's close to everything, and the locals were friendly when we went to the pub to watch rugby. We'll definitely come back.

On the cold, wet second day, we were perfectly happy curled up by the wood fire with the interesting books about local history. The beds were comfortable, the decor was fantastic, and the kitchen was well equipped with good quality things. It was our best three-day stay by far. This lovely historic cottage and garden made it easy to relax and unwind. I could live there!

I've stayed in this beautiful cottage twice now, and both visits have been amazing. It's on a quiet street, and the property feels just right. There are gorgeous gardens with all kinds of little spots to sit and enjoy the colours. Indoors, it's warm, welcoming, and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. The owner communicated really well, and check-in and checkout were easy.
