The little welcome extras were a lovely surprise, especially the drink and chocolate. Even the tissues and decent toilet paper stood out. Jin was quick and helpful over email, then warm and welcoming when we arrived. The room was well equipped, the bed comfortable, and the bath filled fast and hot. The shower had great pressure too. Clean and practical for our two nights, and our first choice next time we're in Wellington.

We had a great stay. Parking was right outside our unit, and the location was central while still being quiet and off the street. The room was spotless, from the furnishings and bedding to the towels and bathroom. Heaters in every room made the cold nights comfortable, and we got a really warm welcome. They'd clearly put extra thought into getting the room ready. We'll be back next time we're in town.

Room 6 had two levels, and the kitchen was mint. The staff were friendly, and after a booking.com error about a spa bath, the office gave us a $50 discount, which was enough to make up for it. The shower pressure was amazing, though water leaked out of the shower box onto the floor. The double bed felt old and uncomfortable, with us rolling into the middle. Just an average motel, not the worst but not the best.

The manager kept helping me add another night as I needed one, which I really appreciated. My unit had everything I needed, and it was spacious, very clean and comfortable. The welcome treats were a nice surprise when I arrived. Thanks for the stay.

We had a really nice one-night stay. The place was tidy and clean, the bed gave us a great night's sleep, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The only small annoyance was the TV remote: it would only connect to the decoder if you stood almost right in front of the TV. Nothing major, and I'd definitely stay here again.
