For what it costs, this is a fantastic place to stay. It's a three-star hotel, so expect rooms and facilities at that level. The airport and mall are close by, and reception were amazing. Snacks and drinks are fairly priced, and dinner was really good. My room had Sky TV and aircon, was relaxing, and even came with a bonus breakfast. Maybe a few pictures on the walls would make the place feel warmer.

The room was comfortable, with a good bed and a strong shower that had plenty of hot water. The staff were efficient and friendly too. If you need to stay near the airport, this is almost ideal. Our one drawback was the lack of a hotel restaurant or bar, though room service was available. We'd found a pub and some restaurants a short walk away, but the pub and most of those places were shut until 5 Jan. It's a commercial area, and many of the offices that bring them customers were closed over the Christmas and New Year period and beyond.

Clean hotel and room, helpful, nice staff, and good value, especially with breakfast included. We'd definitely come back if we have another overnight stay at Auckland airport. Cheers.

There was plenty of parking behind the hotel, and the rooms were clean and quite spacious. It's a quiet spot in an industrial park, handy to the airport if you have a car, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was okay, though a bit limited. There aren't any dinner places right nearby, but there are lots of Uber Eats choices or you can drive a short way.

We only stayed one night, but I'd stay again. The room was clean and comfortable, and the service was very good. I enjoyed the meal they brought up to my room. The location is handy for the airport, and I took the shuttle in the morning. It took about 30 minutes, with other stops along the way.
