When things get busy, they cancel your booking at the last minute so they can offer the room to someone else for a much higher price. They did this to everyone staying there for the Metallica concert, leaving us all without a place to stay at the last minute. Extremely dirty, dishonest, and downright nasty.

The rooms are in very poor condition, and the service is poor too. There's a cockroach in every room. The fridges are old, and the shower water switches between very cold and hot. They don't bring towels or toilet paper, and the bedsheets might only be changed once every two days or even a week.

The room where I stayed with my baby had mice getting into our food. I told the workers, but they did nothing. We were living upstairs in the main office area at the time. It was very dirty and I hated it, but we were homeless and had no choice but to stay for a while. There weren't many facilities, so I had to buy a slow cooker. I needed a family unit, but they were all full, and I felt ripped off and very unhappy. At least my son and I now have a place that suits us better while I look for a house.

The family room had nice, clean beds, and it was pet-friendly for an extra $39. The TV, AC, and Sky were all good. Vinny was helpful and courteous. I'll stay there again. 👋 Vinny.

The place is disgusting. I can't believe they're allowed to keep operating. The oven was filthy, the room stank of dog, and the sheets were filthy. The shower was moldy, the furniture grimey, and the carpet filthy.
