Airport Delight Motel

Jane and the staff were lovely. Jane helped when my daughter lost an ear pod in the bed, and I really appreciated it. The place was spotless, close to the airport, and check-in and check-out were easy. We’ll make it our first choice when we’re in Auckland again. Highly recommend.

We booked late and asked for two beds, but got one. When we called to have it changed, the person on the phone tried to say the other bed option cost more, even though the price was the same. It felt like they were trying to get extra money from us. The customer service was awful. Avoid.

Slept right through the night without any disturbance. The motel was clean and tidy, and I’d recommend it.

There’s covered parking, and it was easy to walk to a grocery store and takeaway shops. The room was quiet, clean and convenient for travelers, with a very comfortable bed and fresh linens. It had a kitchenette for making your own meals, including a fridge, microwave, stovetop, utensils and dishes. The building seemed new or recently renovated, with new carpets, floors, curtains, bathrooms and chairs.
