The location is handy for all the main attractions, and the price may suit someone who only cares about those things. But booking online was a mistake for me because the pictures didn't show how cramped the place feels, almost like sardines. For a Top Ten park, I expected family-friendly facilities, but there's just three swings and one slide. Then there's Miss Manager. She loves having authority and the last word, argues as if she's always right, and doesn't care about your point of view. If you're after a Top Ten customer experience, I'd say freedom camp in the Super Clinic parking lot instead. Miss Manager has no idea how to treat a customer.

It was my first time at a Top 10, and the park was okay for a few days, though fairly average overall. The kitchen cabin was nice, with good beds, a cooker, and a fridge, and the facilities were clean. There were only three shower cabins. We arrived at 2am to find no voucher in the mailbox, but after a phone call the pleasant lady came to sort out our check-in. I'd come back again.

The staff helped my husband and me find local attractions that suited us. The facilities were clean and well maintained, and for somewhere inside Auckland city, it was surprisingly quiet.

Clean toilets, lots of greenery, and a natural feel. We stayed on a tent site at this small, quiet holiday park near Ackland. It was a little bit expensive, but also good for children.

We had a very bad time. We were accused of stealing an electric blanket, and the manager threatened me with violence even though I'm disabled. I had to call the police, but he still tried to kick us out and take our money. Not good, I don't recommend it. Don't waste your time, very crazy people.
