The garden was lush and the breakfast delicious. Sharon and John were so welcoming and kind that it nearly felt like home. I stayed after NYE and the suite was spotless, quiet, classy, and had beautiful views. I’d happily stay again. Thanks!

We had a very comfortable bed, excellent rooms, and a superb breakfast while riding the Great taste Trail. There was a secure place to lock up our ebikes, and the extensive grounds gave us a lovely outlook from the room. The track starts right outside the house in Mapua. Our hosts were welcoming, and we’d highly recommend staying here.

It’s peaceful and quiet here, a lovely place to pause and reflect. The bed and pillows were comfortable, everything was clean, and the food and hospitality were first rate. The surroundings are beautiful, and there’s a spa too. Many thanks to John for showing a 74 yr how to fill petrol ⛽

We won’t forget Sharon’s outstanding breakfast. John even put in a new EV charger after hearing we’d be arriving in a Tesla. A really excellent stay!
