Ann was the standout for me. She made sure I was comfortable and had what I needed, and cleaned the room so well. The staff were great, the room was nicely presented, and the pool was lovely and clean. I'll come back next time I'm passing through. Ann deserves a raise. Five stars for you.

My toddler ended up with black hands and knees from crawling on the floor, which was pretty gross. The place could be quite nice, but it feels grotty and needs some real attention, like fresh grout and paint. Next time, I think we'd pay a little more and stay somewhere else.

Good location and decent value for a cheap, almost cheerful stay. Indoors it was lovely and clean, but the gardens and pool area need tidying up. The place feels like a very tired old lady and could use a major upgrade.

The bathroom was very shabby. I'd booked the two-bedroom unit specifically for its private patio opening onto the garden, but the patio faced an overgrown jungle and was closed off for use.

The place was warm, quiet, clean, and tidy, and the bed was very comfortable. Friendly staff were easy to talk to, and everything we needed was provided, including milk at check-in. Good value too. I'd definitely stay again and highly recommend it.
