The food was the worst I’ve ever had, and the service was just as bad. My medium-rare steak arrived very rare, and when I asked the kitchen to cook it more, the red-haired lady was extremely rude. I also saw kitchen staff eating while they prepared food. The prices were like a restaurant, but the quality was like gas station food.

We stopped for dinner while passing through and really liked the food. The toastie, steak sandwich, and chips were all delicious, but the Ultimate Wedges were seriously ultimate, the best I’ve ever had. The staff were very friendly too.

The staff were friendly and accommodating, and we had one of the best home-cooked roast lamb meals, with vegetables and gravy. The only issue was the sticky ensuite door.

We had a great time staying at the pub and being able to spend time together. There were 20 of us from the family, gathered for a birthday. Thanks to Leigh and the staff for having us.

We only popped in for a quick lunch and didn’t stay. The food was a mixed bag: the toasties were great, the mince on toast was a one, the nachos were decent, and the burgers were okay.
