Staff were lovely and always nearby if we had questions. They gave us great tips on places to eat, swim, relax, and feed eels. The pool was clean, and everything was extremely clean when we arrived.

Couldn’t be happier with the really nice service. The place was clean, tidy, and warm, and the heater and lights were already on when we arrived. The cost was as expected, and there was milk in the fridge for a nightcap.

We spent two nights here and found the rooms clean, with great service from the very friendly staff. It’s a nice motel on a quiet side street near the town centre, and I’d recommend staying in Murchison. You can feed the eels in the little stream right by the motel :)

The room was comfortable and very clean, with enough heater blankets and other essentials for a good overnight stop. But it was tiny, with a double bed and single bed squeezed in, and there wasn’t room for luggage. The handbasin was tiny too, and there were no hooks or shelves. Seriously? Still, a great overnight stay for travellers.

The photos make it look a bit desolate, but it’s really nice: clean, quiet, next to farmland, with a little garden and koi pond. Nothing special, just pleasant. The room is pretty small and only has a microwave, but it works. Dogs are allowed, and mine slept on the floor.
