We had a relaxing break here with friends and would love to return, especially to try the cedar wood hot tub that was being installed beside Villa 2. Villa One had a wood fire, comfy beds and an extensive library, and we enjoyed the lovely trees and garden. It’s a quiet, convenient base between Hastings and Napier for exploring the Hawke Bay countryside, vineyards and restaurants.

We spent four nights at Amuri Villa’s and slept wonderfully in a luxurious bed. The tasteful, comfortable accommodation was lovely for pottering about and relaxing with a glass of wine. The gardens feel miles from anywhere, though all our favourite places are close by.

We stayed Friday and Saturday night and got a very late checkout because of the rain. The hosts were lovely, the accommodation was top notch, beautifully decorated and so quiet. Absolutely gorgeous. We’ll definitely be back for our anniversary. Thanks, Kevin and Kathleen.

Such a peaceful place, yet close to everything. The villa felt elegant and carefully thought out, with cosy little touches that made us feel at home. The location was amazing. Absolutely sensational, and we can’t wait to stay again.
