The place was spotless, and the owners were lovely and helpful. Great location too, with everything we needed close by. We really enjoyed staying here.

A great spot to sit and watch the day go by, or just put your head down for the night. It’s right across from the beach and an easy walk to places to eat.

The owner was welcoming and friendly, and really thoughtful about the details. I found the bed super comfortable, the shower excellent, and the Wi-Fi fast enough for a work trip. It’s clean and handy for getting around. I’d stay here again for sure, my new go-to in Napier.

We’ll be back at Beach House Studios on our next visit. We were greeted warmly and got some great suggestions for places to eat and drink in Ahuriri. The room was clean, comfortable and well equipped. This was easily the best place we stayed in Hawkes Bay.

Gary was so hospitable, and we really enjoyed our stay in the Bay. The place was modern, very clean and in an amazing location. Best shower I’ve ever had. Highly recommend staying here.
