The service was excellent, and the stay was very pleasant. The room was clean and tidy, with daily servicing, a comfortable double bed, a good-sized wardrobe and plenty of space. There was a sink, microwave, kettle, and enough cutlery, plates and cups. It’s centrally located, an easy walk to shops, amenities and the CBD. The Wi-Fi reception and connection were poor. Sky TV would be a good addition.

We had a great time at Bella Vista and would stay again. The location was a 10/10, within walking distance of the beach, shops, restaurants, cafes, food marts, movies and excursions. The room was clean, comfortable, tidy and fully equipped, and the staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. Before we even arrived, Jimmy went above and beyond to get us the best deal and upgrade our room at no extra cost. Thanks to Jimmy and the staff, and Happy New Year to you all!

EV charging was a much appreciated bonus. This is our go-to place to stay in Napier, with Marine Parade just around the corner and the Aquatic Centre and central shops only a short walk away.

They managed to get me an upstairs room, which I really appreciated, and it had everything I needed. A very good stay at Bella Vista Napier, right in the city and within walking distance of restaurants and shopping.

The location is handy for the town centre, and our second-floor room with a full kitchen was good. The problem was the ashtrays outside each room. Our door didn’t shut properly, so whenever someone smoked, a lot of it came into the room. Taking the ashtrays away didn’t solve it because the hotel kept putting them back.
