Our rooms were clean and the beds were comfy. We had a mix-up with our booking, and the receptionist, a kind and helpful young woman with glasses, went above and beyond to sort it out. I’m very thankful for her kindness, though I’m sorry I can’t remember her name.

We only stayed one day, but the room left a terrible impression. The door wouldn’t close because its bottom part was too large, so we had to jam it shut. There were ants in the kettle, and the sheets were dirty with oil stains and strands of hair. The floor and the rest of the room were dusty and dirty. There was no soap in the shower, just a combined hand, body, shampoo and conditioner soap. The sea view was nice, and the location was good, but this was possibly the worst hotel I’ve been to.

The best part was the view, and it was quiet. But during our three-night stay, we found the room wasn’t very clean, the bath plug was missing its middle piece so we couldn’t take a bath, and the shower was a joke. The fridge hummed ridiculously loudly, and we slept on the worst bed we’ve ever had. We were upgraded to a room three stories up when we arrived, which wasn’t ideal with small children.

A lovely little place, with nice views, friendly staff and an elevator to the top floor, which is especially handy if you have lots of things or mobility issues. The beds and sofas were comfy, and everything was clean.
