We spent three nights here over Easter 2026 and had a great stay. It was quiet, clean, and tidy, with all the facilities we needed, and the owners were welcoming and friendly. The motel is very close to Napier CBD but tucked away enough to feel peaceful, so it was both convenient and relaxing. We’d happily return and recommend it to anyone after a quiet, comfortable, well-located place in Napier.

The rooms are well equipped and great value. Some parts are a little older, but everything is very clean and excellently maintained. The hosts were friendly and really helpful, and town is an easy walk away.

We liked being close to central Napier, and parking right outside each unit was convenient. The rooms are roomy, with three beds and a kitchen that has everything you need. There’s a lemon tree just outside the window, and each door has a wreath. The pool is enclosed, which is handy for kids. The owners were really helpful. We’d recommend booking at the Mission winery.

The pool and barbecue were both clean and in good shape, and we made plenty of use of them in Napier’s beautiful weather. We stayed four nights with the kids and grandparents, in two adjoining rooms, which gave us a good look around the place. The rooms were very clean and had a reasonable selection of kitchen supplies. Our only real issue was the lack of cooling. The fans moved the air, but we couldn’t get the evening temperatures down for the kids’ bedtime.

Dave did a lovely job renovating the rooms, and the view over the park was great. The new heat pump kept our room very warm. Dave and Rachael were lovely and happy to help with anything. It was spotless and quiet, even though it’s close to town. We’d definitely stay again.
