A little lamb would say hello from a distance each morning, which was a lovely touch. The place was peaceful, the welcome was warm, and the hospitality was amazing. We had such an enjoyable stay that we’ll definitely book again next time we’re in Napier. Thanks, Lisa, from Tyson and May.

Lisa was so welcoming and went out of her way to make everything feel just right. This lovely BnB was quiet, spotlessly clean, and equipped with high-quality things for a comfortable stay. We can’t recommend her highly enough. Top marks all round!

We stayed one night in Nov 2023 at Lisa's B & B, booking through Agoda. After an 18% credit card discount, we paid NZ$ 147.61. Eateries were about a 2-3 minute drive away, and we could park at the front porch. Lisa was polite and friendly, and a great host. Breakfast was simple, with bread, cereal, yoghurt, jam, and similar things. Our room was separate from the main house in a quiet neighbourhood. It was spacious, clean, neat, and tidy, with a comfortable bed. The attached toilet and bathroom were also clean and roomy, with good water pressure and drainage, and bath and face towels were provided. The air-con was powerful and cold, and the wifi stayed stable.

After staying in all sorts of places as a tour bus driver, I found this one outstanding. The facilities were modern, functional, and very clean, and everything we needed was there. Our host was warm, welcoming, friendly, and easy to deal with. They’ve clearly paid close attention to what guests need. It was the best experience I’ve had, and we’d highly recommend it and come back.

Lisa made us feel at home from our late arrival right through to leaving. She’s an incredibly considerate host. The accommodation was clean and cosy, with thoughtful little touches that meant a lot. The beds were comfortable and the shower was great.
