Century Park Motor Lodge

The stay was comfortable, and the room was spotless. After two days camping in rain, finding a jacuzzi bath was just what I needed. The dishwasher, full set of table settings, and fridge for drinks were handy too. The manager greeted me by first name and was warm and professional, with a smile that made it seem he was enjoying his work. On leaving, the whole staff seemed open, happy, and friendly, which says a lot about the management. It's pricey, though Nelson is like that. Century Park delivers quality. Friends had recommended it for its high-quality rooms, and I wasn't disappointed.

We liked the filtered water tap in the room and the complimentary beach towel we borrowed for an afternoon at the beach. The staff were welcoming and very friendly, and our room was spacious, modern, and clean. We'd stay here again on another visit to Nelson.

The manager went out of her way to make everything work. I had booked a double room by mistake, and when she couldn't get hold of me before arrival, she joined the beds into a large king. She also arranged an early check-in, made sure the room was right, helped me several times during the stay, and let me add a few days to my booking. The rooms were impeccably clean and the amenities and service were amazing. I had a wonderful stay.

We Swissies would happily come back if it weren't so far from New Zealand! The hosts were very friendly, and we enjoyed our one-night stay as a family of four. The motel is central, well equipped, and well serviced. Warm regards to our hosts.
