Sean was a witty, very nice owner, and the service was pleasant and prompt from first contact right through the stay, by phone, email and in person. We booked two one-bedroom family units directly with him and got a good price. When we extended by another night, he upgraded us to a room. We’ll come back and highly recommend it to others.

The rooms are spacious, private, and supplied with everything you need. Customer service was excellent: they looked into our payment questions and even worked around us not having a credit card. We’d definitely stay again.

I travel a lot for business, and the rooms here are nice, tidy and modern, with quick Wi-Fi. It’s an easy walk to plenty of spots for a casual business dinner or a cold alcoholic drink.

I sometimes need a room in Nelson at short notice, and recently my usual place was full. I booked Tudor Lodge Motel instead and was met with friendly service, a great room and a quiet stay. I’ll definitely be back.
