Jan & Willie have really mastered the Studio concept, and the place was exceptionally clean with everything we needed. We spent Anzac weekend at CPS and were very impressed. It's also handy for supermarkets, the CBD and Pukekura Park. Thanks again.

We found space for a dining area, a sitting area and a bed, though the place isn't large. It's nearly a perfect B&B for a couple, quiet and close to the park, the coastal promenade and three supermarkets. The kitchen has what you need and more, but there's no oven, and the microwave grill is a bit weak. The TV had everything you could want, and there were a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer in the parking lot. We were there for three nights, so the consumables only lasted about one night times 3. The gas stove needs an electric presentation for $ 10. We got help with it, but ended up using our own matches. There's ventilation only through the door, though that didn't bother us. Highly recommended.
