The room had everything my parents needed, from kitchenware and appliances to a washer and dryer, and it was clean and comfortable enough to feel like home. Quest Apartments is in a peaceful, handy spot in Takapuna, close to supermarkets, the bus station and local markets. The staff were friendly and professional throughout, from the manager onwards. I’m glad we chose it for our holiday and longer stay.

April at reception made us feel welcome straight away, and the room was quiet despite the busy street outside. The bed was really comfortable and the linen was excellent, with tasteful decor too. It was also an ideal spot for my appointment with orthopeadic surgeon Dr Albert Yoon, just an easy two-minute walk away. I’d happily recommend this Quest.

We made two visits to Quest Takapuna this month and found the rooms clean and comfortable. The location worked really well for us, with easy access to the hospital and retirement village we needed to get to. Parking was limited, I think it was $15 a day from memory, which was fine. Service was adequate. Just remember they don’t service rooms on Sundays, so stock up on towels if you need them.

We come over from Australia for holidays and always stay here. The hotel is in a great spot and kept lovely and clean, with really helpful staff and fantastic housekeepers. We recommend it to others. Thanks, guys! 👏👏

Jun and the Quest Takapuna team took great care of us. When something came up, they dealt with it promptly and professionally, and kept us clearly informed along the way. The rooms were immaculate and comfortable. I highly recommend staying here.
