I loved the beautiful spa, and the pillows and mattress in the lovely room were very comfortable. The mini fridge was the main letdown, it barely got cold, so I couldn’t keep my drinks chilled. The bathroom hair dryer barely worked either. Still, I loved the stay over the few nights I was there.

No complaints. Check-in was easy, the room was good quality and the bathroom exceptionally clean. If you're travelling for business, there's a great range of restaurants available for charge-back.

The room was a good size, clean, and had a comfortable bed. We spent two nights over a weekend and had a private spa bath. The TV wasn't a smart TV, though it did have Sky. I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service on the second day.

The suite was the highlight, especially the hot tub, and the bed was so comfortable. The room was lovely and clean, and it was an easy walk to shops and restaurants. Check-in staff were really friendly. Highly recommend.

We had a great stay in the hot tub executive suite, it was amazing. My only issue was not knowing how to turn on the spa, so instructions for that would be useful for future guests. Everything else was great.
