Pavilion Motel & Conference Centre

The rooms were clean, and the manager changed the towels and emptied the bins each day during our five-night stay. BP is right across the road for pies and coffee, and the town square is very close too. It cost much less than any other motel around palmy, so I'd definitely come back. Cheers.

The lawns were about a foot high and the garden weeds even taller, so the grounds were a mess. Inside, wall holes had been patched but left unpainted, and there were no power points in the bedroom. The small lounge had two single beds and a couch crammed into it. The only good thing was that it was neither too close to town nor too far. I do not recommend staying here.

Reception service was great. It's a bit dated, but convenient and quiet, and good for the price. I'd recommend staying here, despite how the review might sound.

The reception staff were friendly and helpful, but the place needs bulldozing. It's very run down, with holes in the walls, lots of maintenance problems, and mould in the bathroom. I found cockroaches in the room, including one huge one that landed on my pillow after I pulled down the roller blind. The main road made it noisy, and what sounded like a water fountain outside the bedroom window ran constantly. The garden weeds had grown into massive trees.
