The square is right nearby, and secure parking is included, plus the reception staff were friendly. It's a budget place in an industrial building converted into apartments, and the noise from people shouting in the street at night was a lot. Fine for one night if that doesn't bother you, but I wouldn't stay longer.

The room was reasonably clean, and the shower pressure was good. Most of the setup was frustrating, though: a tiny sink, a table about the size of a toilet seat, and no shelves, so I ended up using the toilet seat to put things on. There wasn't anywhere to hang or store clothes, not even a hook on the door. I couldn't open the window for fresh air, and the view was of the filthy Hub building. It was noisy at night with no double glazing, and the air conditioning couldn't be adjusted. There wasn't even a coffee plunger.

There's plenty of room in the apartment, and it has a kitchen fridge. You're right by the Square, with secure parking available for a reasonable daily rate. The concrete and breeze block corridors feel very Le Corbusier, but they work okay. You'll need a door fob to use the lift. I'd definitely stay here again.

The room was freezing, with no heat and a huge draft, and there was no hot water for a shower. I could hear every word from the neighbouring suite, and the smell of everyone's cooking got into the room and my clothes. There were some strange people hanging around outside the building, possibly drug trafficking. The staff were poor and seemed to care only about their bottom line.

Right in the city centre, with great restaurants, supermarkets, and shopping centres just steps away. A great spot if you don't mind the city's hustle and bustle.
