The view was a real wow. We stayed at the Picton Waterfront Luxury Apartments before and after walking the Queen Charlotte Track. The owners had clearly put thought into the little extras that can be missing from serviced apartments. Cooking was easy thanks to the very full range of kitchen equipment, which we especially appreciated. Everything you'd want is within a five minute walk, so the location is great.

Such an amazing view, I could sit here watching boats come and go all day. The apartment was spotless and really well equipped. The best fish and chips are just up the road, and there's a great pub right below us. The best place to stay in Picton!

Everything is close by, from restaurants, bars, cafes, supermarkets, bakeries and the ferry to boat tours and lovely walking paths. The position is fantastic. We had free covered, locked parking for our car, and getting into the apartment was simple thanks to clear instructions and easy communication. We were in room # 302 on the 3rd floor, but the lift meant no hauling luggage up stairs. It had stunning water views from the big balcony, bedroom, and lounge. The apartment was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully set up, with everything we needed, including a washing machine and dryer. The walk-in shower is ideal for seniors. We were so happy with our three nights and would definitely stay again. We recommend it to everyone.

We really didn't want to leave. The apartment felt safe and homey, with a lovely atmosphere, and it was warm, cosy, and so clean and tidy. The view was great and the bed comfortable. The kitchen was so well equipped we could have cooked a whole dinner ourselves. Both bathrooms were clean and warm, and the water pressure was GREAT. We had an absolutely amazing stay and will definitely come back.

The showers were quite moldy and need cleaning, so I'm taking a star off for that. Otherwise, it's very spacious and modern, probably one of the biggest hotel or apartment rentals I've stayed in. There's a nice balcony with a new view and parking available. It has all the basics, including plates and cutlery, plus a washing machine and detergent. The bathrooms also have heated fans, a nice touch.
