Crowne Plaza Hotel Queenstown by IHG

We stayed three nights at Crowne Plaza Queenstown for our daughter's first birthday, and the team helped make it a special family occasion. They upgraded us to a lovely lake view room at no charge, so waking up to Lake Wakatipu each morning felt magical. They also left a thoughtful birthday card and a delicious brownie for our daughter. It meant a lot that they marked such an important milestone with us. Everyone we dealt with was warm, professional, and accommodating, and made us feel welcome and valued. The room was spotless and kept in excellent condition, which made it even easier to relax. Thanks to Crowne Plaza Queenstown for helping create such lovely birthday memories. We really appreciate the service, highly recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Queenstown, and can't wait to return.

We moved to a lower floor to avoid having a connecting door, and the view was still amazing. Connecting rooms are available in most rooms, which could be handy if you're travelling with people who need them. The hotel is perfectly placed for the town centre and waterfront, with incredible views of the Remarkables. There's a balcony with seating where you can enjoy a coffee and the scenery. Rooms were spacious and clean, staff extremely friendly and helpful, and valet parking was useful for us. For the location, we found the price very reasonable. Would recommend.

We booked two nights and requested a balcony, assuming we'd get a lake view, but instead it looked out over the breakfast buffet and courtyard. The valet parking was really quick, and the staff were very friendly. Jamaica was lovely, as was everyone serving breakfast. The breakfast itself was a bit average, though there was plenty of variety. The location is great, but make sure to book a room with a view.
