We spent Christmas here as a group of six, and the apartment had everything we needed for a relaxed stay. It was modern, with a big balcony looking out over the lake and mountains. Stay South were quick and efficient whenever we had a question. Even without an in-person check-in, they kept us informed and getting into the property was straightforward. I'd happily book it again if I return to the area.

Even after sending a reservation confirmation, Stay South may still lose track of your booking. That happened to me, and when I complained, nothing was done. I called more than 10 times about being given the wrong room and price, but got no reply. The house maintenance was poor too. I wouldn't trust this place for a reservation during a busy season.

The house was clean, warm, dry, and had the amenities you'd expect. It's close enough to town to be convenient, but far enough away to stay quiet. And the view alone deserves five stars.

Our family had been looking forward to this trip, so having our accommodation changed just days before check-in was a terrible disappointment. We booked a front row unit in September 2025, about six months ahead, and received confirmation. Then we were told the unit hadn't actually been secured and we'd have to take a back row one with a much worse view. The front row unit cost about 20% more, but they offered neither a refund for the difference nor reasonable compensation. Several calls to customer service brought only excuses and replies that they were unable to handle it. This leaves serious concerns about the group's booking management and integrity. If you have time, I'd reconsider booking with them. A truly awful travel experience.

Communication was prompt and genuinely helpful, and the apartment was spotless with a very well equipped kitchen. We loved the views from every angle. It's close to amenities but still peaceful, and it really felt like a home away from home. We'd stay here again without hesitation.
