Only a little traffic noise, nothing too bothersome, though I'd have liked firmer pillows. The rooms were spotless and charmingly designed, with a great view, and the service was attentive and polite. Lovely one-night stay, and town is an easy 15-minute walk along the lake.

We were told the tap water was safe to drink, so I drank some. The twin beds felt a bit small for two adults and two children, and the motel didn't offer breakfast. We used Uber to get to and from town. The view was lovely, but the price on Dec. 29th was very high. There's no elevator, only stairs, which made moving our luggage difficult.

The lake view was beautiful, and the basic kitchenette had everything we needed. Our room was clean and tidy when we arrived, and we got a very warm welcome. There are lots of stairs, but the person who checked us in offered to carry our bags.

The shower was instantly hot and had an absurd amount of water pressure, like Arwen summoning the river to defeat the 9 ringwraiths. The place was clean, within walking distance of town, and had gorgeous views over the frankton arm toward Kingston/devils staircase.

There are a lot of steps to climb, so be prepared for that. The views are stunning, and our room was very clean and comfortable. We stayed one night and enjoyed it. When we mentioned that two bathing towels were missing, the employee from India promptly brought them over. I'm not sure why this place has a lower rating.
